Welcome to EPIc SUITE documentation!
The EPIc Suite is a web-based platform designed as an enabling tool for epidemiological modeling and simulation. The suite allows the creation of pipelines for scientific research on epidemics, offering capabilities for working with data, embedding it in models, running simulations and performing analysis and projections. It is designed with a mix of simplicity of use, offering a variety of tools, such as data extraction, data fitting heuristics, dynamic parameters for modeling tendency changes like non-pharmaceutical interventions or new variant appearance, integrated function builder, integrated parameter sensitivity analysis, among others.

Usage
Installation
To use Lumache, first install it using pip:
(.venv) $ pip install lumache
Creating recipes
To retrieve a list of random ingredients,
you can use the lumache.get_random_ingredients() function:
The kind parameter should be either "meat", "fish",
or "veggies". Otherwise, lumache.get_random_ingredients()
will raise an exception.
For example:
>>> import lumache
>>> lumache.get_random_ingredients()
['shells', 'gorgonzola', 'parsley']
